M.K.My new Daily Driver
Probably the easiest and fastest brewer for making good coffee. It's replaced my french press as my daily driver. It produces strong, clean cups and it's so easy to clean up - just throw away the filter+grounds and give a quick rinse.
It uses standard #4 filter papers that you can get in every supermarket, super convenient.
I've been using about 62g/liter and a step finer grind size than regular filter coffee, with small tweaks depending on the beans. Steep time has the most impact on the finished coffee, I've found 3-5 mins to be my preference. Past like 8 mins, there is no difference in extraction so it's fine if you forget about it.
If you add water first and grounds second (give a gentle stir after), the draw-down time is only about 30 seconds and the filter never gets clogged.
I usually brew 400ml with 25g of coffee. 450ml is possible, any more and it gets difficult to move around.

Den Clever Caffee Dripper nutze ich schon viele Jahre. Ein äußerst praktisches Gerät für die Herstellung von Filterkaffee.
Der Kaffee läuft es dann durch, wenn man den Filter auf eine Tasse/ kleine Kanne stellt. Einfach praktisch! und leckerer als Pads, da man seine Kaffeesorte verwenden kann.
Ein must-have.
