Tyylikkäästi muotoiltu, teräskuorilla varustettu tehokas vedenkeitin. Vedenkeittimen tilavuus on 1 l ja teho 1500 W. Keittimessä on piilotettu kuumennusvastus, ja keittimen rungossa on mitta-asteikko vesimäärälle. Led-merkkivalo valaisee keittimen ikkunan.

Nopea ja hyvällä maulla designattu keitin, jossa on hieno LED-valolla toteutettu efekti. Meidän tenavakin tykkää katsoa, kun vesi kiehuu sinisen valon hohteessa. Toivottavasti se ei ole tulevaisuudessa kuitenkaan mikään vuotokohta. Kannen mekanismi on hyvä käyttää, mutta vuosien saatossa sitten nähdään miten se myös kestää.

Håkanfun water kettle
The base of the kettle is relatively small. With its rather high stainless steel mantle it has a stylish appearance.
In the inside, under the window, there is a provision that makes bubbles in the heating water appear especially there, in sparkling light. That's fun, but also informs visiually about the heating progress. Unfortunately there is a window on one side only. We are lucky to have the kettle stand to the right of the sink and therefore the window is always visible.
On the bottom, in the inside, there is precipitation of lime, but this is, so far, not the case on the inside of the window glass. I don't know how they do it but it is remarkable. If the window stays clear it would be great.
1500 W is not as much as our previous water boiler, and so this one heats not that quick. On the other hand, for some reason, it is less noisy. So, all in all it's OK.
The previous water boiler started leaking at both windows and at the bottom. This Wilfa makes a more sturdy impression, so I dare to hope...
The button for opening the lid works perfect.
The on/off switch right below it feels somewhat loose, but if it keeps functioning properly then no problem.
Pouring water goes drip-free.
With a finger in the pouring spout the filter can be pushed inwards, out of its click fitting, and be removed.
The casing has no double wall and so the outside becomes hot. Is that a problem? Not really, I think, because there is no reason why you should ever touch the outside, hot or cold. You might even call it a slight advantage that the weight is less than a kettle with double wall. That's not to say that a single wall is preferable, though.
Conclusion: fine kettle, recomendable.
