Baratza 270Wi tekee kahvinjauhamisen vallankumouksen kotona ja miksei pienikokoisessa kahvilassakin! Acaia®: n punnitustekniikka mahdollistaa tarkan kahviannoksen asettamisen, joka voidaan jauhaa suoraan espressokoneen kahvaan. Kahvimyllyn vaaka on lisäksi varustettu Bluetooth-pohjaisella järjestelmällä, jolla voi tarkastella tehtyjä annoksia. 270Wi tarjoaa poikkeuksellisen tarkat jauhamisasetukset paitsi espressokahville myös muille kahvinkeittomenetelmille.
Terät
40 mm teräksiset kartiomaiset terät, jauhaa 3,5-5,5 grammaa kahvia (riippuen jauhamisasetuksesta) sekunnissa. Myllyn puhdistaminen on helppoa, koska myllyosa on helppo sekä irrottaa että asentaa takaisin paikoilleen.
Säätö
Sette 270Wi tarjoaa 30 makroasetusta ja portaattoman mikrosäädön, joka perustuu 9 indikaattoriin entistä paremman hallinnan varmistamiseksi. Periaatteessa ensin valitaan makrosäätö asteikolta ja sen jälkeen valitaan mikroasetus jauhamisasteen säätämiseksi mahdollisimman tarkasti.
Design ja funktio
Laite on varustettu ohjauspaneelilla, jossa on kolme painiketta ja LCD-näyttö. Annostelu on helppo ohjelmoida lähimpään 0,1 g:aan. Annostelun jälkeen paina START-painiketta ja mylly jauhaa automaattisesti halutun kahvimäärään.
Uudistettu 270Wi-malli sisältää viimeisintä Acaian vaakateknologiaa. Automatiikka on itseoppiva, ja osaa säätää asetuksiaan esimerkiksi jos lopputulos jää vajaaksi aikaisemmasta papujen vaihdon tai jauhatusasteen säädön jälkeen. Järjestelmä osaa myös laskea pois tärinät ja töytäisyt, jotka voisivat vaikuttaa punnitukseen. 270Wi sisältää myös burst mode -toiminnon, jolla annosta voi täyttää 0,1 sekunnin purskeissa.

För tidigt att kunna svara riktigt bra. Tar nog lite mer tid att komma tillrätta med fininställningarna av malningsgraden, men hittills verkar den mala bra. Mer högljudd än jag trodde, och då hade jag ändå läst att den var högljudd… Sedan yr kaffet runt en del, dvs det hamnar inte så där superfint rakt ner i filtret som jag hade hoppats.
Exakt både när det gäller vikt och kornstorlek
Mycket snabb och under omständigheterna tyst kvarn som ger jämnstora korn. Wi modellen klarar även av att exakt väga in dosen och anpassar sig snabbt till nya bönsorter, härligt om man vill experimentera med andra inställningar och hålla dosen konstant. Rekommenderas varmt.

The only bad thing is the noise while grinding, although the machine being fast, it's only for about a few seconds.

+ The macro adjustment has 31 degrees, while the micro adjustment has 9 step less degrees.
+ The scale is not so accurate, but it will reduce the required time to make a shot.
- The sound of it is louder than most grinders.
- Most of it is made from plastic, so you might feel it's kind of cheap.
** If you want to use it as an espresso grinder, you should put the little ring they offer, it will give you finer grinds.

Great machine and good price
Great grinder to make the coffee experience simpler
Being a bit of a perfectionist, I always weighed but was annoyed with that step in the process. With the 270wi, I never have to weigh my dose again. I still weigh the occasional yield but this grinder is nice and consistent so I don't really need to worry. Grind is also nice and fluffy.

I wanted a grinder that not only would allow me to grind coffee directly into the portafilter, but would also remove the need of having a separate scale. The Sette 270Wi ticks those boxes successfully.
If I had a complaint, it would be that the experience is a bit messy if you grind dark roasts and you want to fill the portafilter in one go. However, the workaround is trivial: divide your quantity in two equal parts and compress a bit the coffee after half of it is already in the portafilter.
