The Bialetti Moka Induction is a moka pot especially designed for induction stoves. The pot combines steel, aluminium and silicone in a stylish way that also ensures that the moka pot can be used on any type of stove.
The top part of the moka pot is aluminium with a design inspired by the classic Moka Express moka pot. The stylish red colour gives a perfect finishing touch. The bottom part is stainless steel.
Make sure your induction stove works with smaller pots. The diameter of the 6 cup pot is about 10 cm.
How does moka work? The coffee maker constists of a top sealed tank, a filter and a bottom tank. Put ground coffee beans in the filter, pour water into the bottom tank below the safety valve level and connect all the elements. Put the coffee pot on the stove and wait a few minutes. Hot water moves to the top tank, flowing through the ground beans. Your delicious and aromatic moka pot coffee is ready!

Kaunis ja hyvälaatuinen pannu
Lukuisten mutteripannujen jälkeen vaikuttaa Bialettin Moka-pannu erittäin hyvälaatuiselta. Ihastuin sen ulkonäköön ja olen tyytyväinen, että pannu toimii niin hyvin induktioliedellä. Myös modernisoidut ratkaisut – kahva ja nuppi – istuvat kokonaisuuteen hyvin.
T.V.Hyvin toimii induktiolla
Lämpenee todella nopeasti induktiolla, eikä ole mitään tunnistusvaikeuksia ainakaan Boschin liedellä. Pannu jättää jostain syystä aina lirun vettä pohjalle, missä vanha alumiininen keitti kaiken veden pois, mutta ei kai tuo haittaa.

Eka mutteri pannu ja nätti kuin mikä ja simppelisti toimii. Jos en olisi lukenut ohjeita, niin olisin varmaan laittanut lieden täysille, mutta onneksi olin etukäteen perehtynyt, että hiljaa hyvä tulee. Pehmeät kahvit ja keski-matalallakin lämmöllä suht nopeasti. Pannun ns.kuppikoko on hivenen hämäävä ja siihen kannattaakin perehtyä, riippuu myös hieman makumieltymyksestä, minkälaista kahvia meinaa mutterilla valmistella. Työn jälki hivenen rustiikkista etelä Italialaista, ehkä tarkoituksella. Symppis mutteri-pannu.

Tämä pannu toimii hyvin myös induktioliedellä. Nokan muotoilusta johtuen kahvi on kaadettava hyvin rauhallisesti, ettei pannu ”ruiki”. Muutoin hyvä pannu!

Todella hyvä pannu. Edellinen oli alumiininen Moka express. Suosittelisin tätä, vaikkei induktioliettä olisikaan, koska jämäkämpi ja tyylikkäämpi.

Det blir gott kaffe och den fungerar bra när jag tar bort den svarta gummiringen som sitter mellan kannan och vattenbehållaren, annars läcker det där emellan.
