The Lacor food smoker is part of the popular technique of creative cuisine; it is perfect for smoking all kinds of food (meat, fish, cheeses, cocktails etc.) and quickly adds natural cold smoke flavour and aroma without using heat.
How to use it:
The Lacor smoker is extremely easy to use, it is freestanding and operates on batteries. Simply put your choice of combustible on top of the mesh screen, turn on the motor of the ventilator and light with a match or lighter. Within seconds it will produce a tasty fog that you can then apply where you want it. The cold smoke is easy to direct with the smoking tube, and can be added at any stage of a dish. For a dramatic tableside presentation, you can fill a glass cloche with smoke, and lift it to reveal the almost magical smoke at the table.
Includes a set of replacement mesh screen filters and a bag of olive sawdust (100 g)
