The Jura GIGA X8 Professional is an incredibly versatile coffee machine for offices, cafes, or restaurants. This coffee machine has been designed for approx. 200 daily coffee servings.

The Jura GIGA X8 Professional is an updated version of Jura's flagship model, featuring a stunning touchscreen and an even more effortless milk system. The new GIGA X8 coffee machine combines stylish design and a unique Speed function, which allows a high-quality cup of coffee to be made from freshly ground beans in record time.

In optimal conditions, the extracted coffee is mixed with hot water using a new bypass function. This captures all the good aromas of the coffee without over-extraction. Traditionally, hot water is pushed through the coffee throughout the whole brewing process, and this over-extraction brings bitterness and sourness. The Speed function guarantees a perfect result while saving time.

The coffee machine's third heating unit ensures that the hot water for the bypass function is hot enough. Fresh coffee is mixed with hot water in the device, and you get a cup of coffee in record time.

Model with a water tank

The Jura GIGA X8 is easy to install anywhere as the coffee machine does not require a separate water connection. The water tank can be fitted with a Claris Pro Smart water filter. The water filter removes taste defects and lime from the water, allowing the coffee's own aromas to come out the best.

Perfect coffee drinks

With the coffee machine, you can naturally also make all specialty coffees, such as espressos, cappuccinos, caffe lattes, and latte macchiatos. If desired, the Jura GIGA X8 Professional can make two coffee drinks at once. Fine Foam technology ensures perfect and frothy microfoam for all milk coffee drinks. The machine's ceramic grinders are both extremely fast and quiet, ensuring that coffee drinks are made quickly and at a pleasant sound level.

Up to 32 coffee drinks can be programmed into this versatile espresso machine. The coffee machine's startup screen and all drinks can be programmed individually to meet each customer's needs. Drinks can also be renamed and rearranged according to taste.

In addition to being easy to use, the machine's cleaning programs are also very simple. The integrated cleaning programs and rinses of the coffee machine ensure that the machine remains functional and that the coffee is always fresh and good. The clear display guides the user in all cleaning functions.

Make your coffee experience perfect with Jura accessories. A high-quality milk cooler keeps the milk cold and fresh, and new intelligent solutions offer convenience. Together with the Cool Control Milk Cooler, the coffee machine recognises if the milk is running out and warns the user about this. Complete the set with a Jura cup warmer or even a bio-waste bin for coffee grounds redirection underneath the machine.
