Ingredients
Chamomile flowers (25 %), lemon balm leaves (22 %), cinnamon bits (20 %), spearmint, lavender flowers, hawthorn leaves, rooibos (5 %), valerian root, cornflower blossoms, mallow blossoms.
Simmer tea 5-8 min. in 100°C water.

Solid Tissane
Mellow but intense flavour. Good with or without milk/oatmilk. Only complaint is that it (like all chamomile teas) is a bit hard to wash out of a tea strainer. Hardly the fault of Crema though. Chamomile is just a plant that likes to stick in your strainer.
