Step-By-Step Guide For Cold Brew Coffee:

Equipment:

• Westmark Glass Jar 64 oz
• CoffeeSock DIY ColdBrew Filter 64 oz
• Stirring utensil
• Kitchen scale (optional)

Ingredients:

• 180 g coarsely ground coffee
• 1.9 l of cold water

Instructions:

1. Begin by preparing the coffee grounds. You will need 180 g of coarsely ground coffee. You can use a coffee grinder to grind the beans, or you can purchase pre-ground coffee.
2. Place the CoffeeSock 64 oz into the glass jar, with the edges of the sock draped over the rim of the jar.
3. Add the coffee grounds to the CoffeeSock.
4. Pour 1.9 l of cold water over the coffee grounds. Make sure all the grounds are submerged.
5. Use a spoon or spatula to gently stir the coffee and water mixture, making sure all the grounds are wet.
6. Place the lid on the glass jar and lock it.
7. Place the jar in the refrigerator and let it steep for 12-16 hours. The longer the steeping time, the stronger the coffee will be.
8. After the steeping time is up, remove the CoffeeSock from the jar and squeeze any remaining liquid from the sock.
9. Transfer the cold brew coffee to another container, such as a pitcher or glass jar, and store it in the refrigerator.
10. Serve the cold brew coffee over ice, with your choice of cream or sweetener if desired.
