Caffi Bonjour is an extremely dark roasted French style coffee. Bonjour has been developed as a Café au lait coffee, but it also works black in a traditional coffee maker and excellently, especially in grinding coffee machines.
The blend contains strong and rich coffees. A medium-acidic Colombian serves balancing between Brazilian natural coffee and Papua New Guinea's tush and strong essence.
Caffi's darkest roast is really dark, but still the sweetness is present and the coffee is not overroasted. A great option also for a true filter and drip coffee lover!
TASTE NOTES:
The spicy and smoky cigar-like notes of Papuan coffee support the dark roasted feeling. Brasilia natural brings smoothness and a firm mouth feel. The Colombian Huila brings more nuances and a personal character, notes of ripened fruit.
